6. Lodging a Complaint

If you believe we have not complied with data protection laws, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC) or, for GDPR matters, your local supervisory authority.

7. Data Breach Notification

In the event of a personal data breach that poses a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify you and the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours, as required by NDPR and GDPR.

8. International Data Transfers

If we transfer your personal data outside Nigeria, we will ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as standard contractual clauses approved by the NDPC or the European Commission.
